The FDD document is regulated and required under Federal and State law and must disclose specific information about the Franchisor. Including financial information via independently certified and audited financial statements, training required, fees, advertising requirements, and other legal requirements of the Franchisor. Franchisees are encouraged to speak with a franchise attorney to review the FDD and prior to signing the actual franchise agreement.
